Just like her controversial mother, Bristol Palin has also managed to be on the limelight and be the tabloids’ darling.  Last year, she has been spotted in New York looking different—at least in a good way—with her more defined chin and slimmer facial contour, which were believed to be from plastic surgery, particularly liposuction and chin implant.

But despite the incessant celebrity plastic surgery rumors, Palin said the improvements were simply caused by her corrective jaw surgery—a claim in which not all people were convinced.

Last year, Kris Jenner, mother of reality TV star Kim Kardashian, had a facelift that made her looked younger and more rejuvenated.  Many celebrity plastic surgery experts believe her cosmetic surgeon chose a more conservative approach that resulted to a natural outcome rather than a windswept look which often happens with too much correction.

Mexican Plastic Surgeon Removes Kim Kardashian’s Billboard

Last week, reality TV star Kim Kardashian said she was considering filing a lawsuit against a plastic surgeon in Mexico for using her image without her consent.  The star’s picture, which showed her in a bikini and sultry position, was used on a billboard in Mexicali, which is near the California border.

The billboard has a statement saying “No arriesgue su belleza, ni su salud,” which means, “Don’t risk your beauty or your health.”

However, Kardashian should no longer have to worry about going after the plastic surgeon for illegally using her picture because the billboard has been taken down just recently.  Apparently, Dr. Victor Ramirez does not want a legal battle in which his chance of winning is very slim.

When Dr. Ramirez was asked by TMZ if he asked Kardashian’s permission, he said he did not even speak to the star.

Meanwhile, one person posted an online comment staying that “Kardashian faked a marriage just to profit out of it, so nothing wrong if someone will use her image to make profit just like she did.”

Kardashian has been rumored to have had several plastic surgeries including breast augmentation, nose job or rhinoplasty, buttockimplant surgery, and lip augmentation.  However, the star has repeatedly denied all these allegations saying that she is all natural.

Ashley Judd Denies Plastic Surgery, Cites Steroids for Her Puffy Face

Over the past couple of days, Ashley Judd’s photos were circulating the Internet over speculations that the actress had undergone plastic surgery or dermal fillers because of her unusually puffy cheeks. 

Rumors of the actress’ plastic surgery started after she appeared on a Canadian talk show to promote her new show Missing.  However, her representative immediately released a statement saying the star has been “battling an ongoing, serious sinus infection and flu,” requiring her to take heavy doses of medication, including steroids.

Steroids may lead to swelling, apparently making Judd’s cheeks “puffier” than usual.

On Wednesday, the actress tweeted “Thanks to all asking how I’ve been feeling, still very sick (flu + viral infection in sinuses = wicked) but staying positive & having fun.”

Meanwhile, RadarOnline.com was the first to write about Judd’s unusual appearance which was allegedly caused by too much dermal fillers such as Restylane and Juvederm.  However, many doctors came to her rescue saying that steroids and bouts of sinus infection can trigger swelling especially in the face.

And with three weeks of having sinus infection and “two rounds of drugs,” it is not uncommon to have some swelling in the cheeks.

Many people are also not convinced by rumors of celebrity plastic surgery because the actress has apparently gained some weight—something which may also lead to “chubby cheeks.”

Perhaps the rumors of plastic surgery was based on assumption that Judd has joined the bandwagon of celebrities with “pillow face,” which is a term used by doctors describing over-plump faces due to excessive use of dermal fillers like Restylane and Sculptra, leading to a very unnatural appearance.

Because of having a pillow face, celebrities like Madonna, Catherine Zeta-Jones, Pamela Anderson, and Courtney Love were once dubbed as “cheeky girls,” which is some kind of derision.

Jersey Shore Star Deena Cortese Denies Plastic Surgery Rumors

Jersey Shore star Deena Cortese has denied having new celebrity plastic surgery procedures amidst speculations that she had went under the knife again.  In a Twitter post, she admitted having a nose job in the past, but said her new look is a result of “a makeup technique.”

“I am not afraid to admit I got plastic surgery [nose job], Cortese said.  In April 2011, the MTV reality star had rhinoplasty or nose surgery to improve her appearance.

Rumors of plastic surgery started when recent photos of the reality star shows a somewhat different face, however, she claimed that “it is all makeup and not surgery” which accounted for her new look.

Cortese said she “thinned her eyebrows” and “learned to do new makeup technique” in which she uses highlights under her eyes to make the cheekbones appear higher.  Meanwhile, some showbiz bloggers were not convinced and even speculated that the reality TV star had some dermal fillers.

Aside from makeup, Cortese said that her weight loss may have also reshaped her face slightly, before quipping, “If I get the nose job again, I will let you know.”

Cortese is not the only Jersey Shore star who has been rumored to having plastic surgery.  Last year, co-star JWoWW was reported having face injections, particularly with Botox, because of her somewhat “contained” expression; however, she only admitted having breast augmentation and did not comment on speculations that she had facial rejuvenation procedures.
